Physical/chemical hybrid absorption processes

 

These processes use a mixture of a physical solvent and chemical solvent,  and called 'hibrid systwm' since more than two kinds of acid gases are absorbed both physically and chemically. In the process scheme an absorber is followed by a flash drum and a regenerator.
