Syngas Associates FE ("SAFE") is launching its consultancy services mainly associated with the process technologies of synthesis gas ("syngas") generation or production as well as syngas utilization, including investigation of relating technologies, recommendation as to technology selection, feasibility study and other advisary services. Such services are not only for new plant but also for process improvement or modernization of existing plant. The syngas utilization processes include hydrogen production, ammonia synthesis, methanol synthesis and dimethylether synthesis technologies. In addition, acid gas removal ("AGR") process is also handled likewise. SAFE is also responsible for assisting clients those who are contemplating R&D of syngas related technology with review of patent application as well as drafting or reviewing license agreement with respect to licensing of such a developed technology to third party. If client wishes to take a third party's grant of technology or patent license for its use instead of execution of such R&D, then SAFE will also help client conclude a necessary license agreement with the third party.
